On the eve of her twenty-fifth birthday, Catherine, a troubled young woman, has spent years caring for her brilliant but unstable father, a famous mathematician. Now, following his death, she must deal with her own volatile emotions; the arrival of her estranged sister, Claire; and the attentions of Hal, a former student of her father’s who hopes to find valuable work in the 103 notebooks that her father left behind. Over the long weekend that follows, a burgeoning romance and the discovery of a mysterious notebook draw Catherine into the most difficult problem of all: How much of her father’s madness—or genius—will she inherit?

SHELBY KLEMANN
Shelby Elizabeth, who's very pleased to be playing Catherine! Shelby graduated with a BA in Theatre in 2019, after acting as Miranda in The Tempest, Eurydice in Eurydice, Nora in A Doll's House, and Savage in Savage In Limbo. She was welcomed back onto the stage for the first time after COVID just last year, where she was gifted the role of Noble Steed, among many others in TITOAAOGMI99MOL. She's incredibly grateful for all of her friends who've encouraged her passion, and all of those who gave her a chance along the way. Enjoy!
BRENDAN JONES
Brendan Jones is returning to theatre after a lengthy hiatus. He first got the acting bug as a child, performing in theatre camps and finally starring in his first musical in elementary school as The Cowardly Lion in The Wizard of Oz. Highlighted performances include Captain Flint in Treasure Island, Hercules in The Greek Mythology Olympiaganza, Claudius in The Hamlet Thrill-ma-geddon, and Mr. Cocker in Back to the 80s. Originally from Canada, Brendan moved to the North Country in 2020 (he strongly advises against moving countries in the middle of a pandemic). He is excited to return to the stage and hopes for many future opportunities to act in the future. He thanks ACT for the opportunity to return to the stage.
MARIE AGAN
Marie Agan has recently returned to the area. She served for 15 years in the Air National Guard and is an alumni of Saint Michael’s College and the University of Vermont, where she honed in on her passion to help humankind through merging Chemistry with Public Health. Marie is excited to be back to theater and singing after a long hiatus to focus on career and her four children. Marie’s past roles include Fantine in Tallahassee’s Theater’s production of Les Miserables and Maria in Rickard’s High School’s production of West Side Story. She was also honored to sing our National Anthem on National Stages for the United States Air Force, The Red Sox, The Boston Celtics and the Pro Bull Riders Association. She is very grateful to be back and for the inclusivity and love of her castmates. She also appreciates your support of the arts and of Artistry Theater Company!
Jagan Drowlette is thrilled to play the role of Robert. He's also happy to get to work on another show with his daughter, Emma, our talented assistant director. Favorite previous roles are The Constable (Fiddler on the Roof), Mortimer (Arsenic & Old Lace), Tripp (5 Women Wearing the Same Dress), Winthrop (Legally Blonde). A big thank you to his awesome son, Finnegan, for putting up with all of the rehearsal times for his dad and sister.
