SYNOPSIS

This classic dark comedy by Joseph Kesselring has charmed audiences since 1940.  A film by the same name starred a dapper Cary Grant.

The plot combines a pair of sweethearts, a nephew who thinks he is Teddy Roosevelt, bungling cops, a murderous criminal, a quack plastic surgeon, and the most dangerous of all--two sweet little old ladies.  Along the way lonely old men are lifted from their misery, a police officer turns playwright, and the elderberry wine flows freely.

Arsenic and Old Lace is presented as a staged reading in an inventive production that engages the audience's imagination while entertaining with clever dialogue.
